新しいブログをオープンしました。
今度のブログは、アメリカでできた友人達に、日本の様子、ビッキーやしーしーの様子を伝えていきたいと思って、全部英語仕様にしてあります。
これまでのように日々更新というわけにはいかないと思いますが、英語の練習にもなるし、少しずつ頑張ってみようと思います。
新しいブログのタイトルは、帰国する前にしーしーが友達からもらった絵本のタイトルからもらいました。
肌の色、目の色、髪の色が違っても、国、生活習慣、住んでる場所が違っても、笑顔は同じ、痛みを感じる心は同じ、愛する心は同じなんだよ。って本です。
このブログの更新はここでストップしますが、ブログはずっと見られるように残しておきます。
今までこのブログを訪れてくれて本当にありがとう。

I started a new blog to show my friends in America about our Japanese lives. My new blog is named after a book that was given by Shizuku's friend. The book is saying that people even in different countries, with different appearances, have the same hearts. It is so nice.
I stop writing for this blog, but I will not shut down this blog. It is my joy if you enjoy the past blog. This blog have been written in both English and Japanese since July 13, 2009.

最高の夜！
[ Wonderful party! ]
We arrived at Tsukuba, Japan. It was long trip, but all of us are fine. I would like to write about the wonderful party in Prosser.
今日、無事帰国した。
日本での新生活を始める前に、プロッサーでの最高の夜について書いておきたい。

On Monday, the last day in Prosser, we had a big pleasure.
We found a big sign "Best wishes to the Maeda family". Mrs. Hatch made a big surprise party for us! A lot of friends of all our family gathered to Shy's Pizza, classmates, teammates, teachers, coaches, just friends, researchers and so on.
月曜日、プロッサーのダウンタウンにあるピザ屋の看板に、こんなサインがでかでかと掲げられた。。
ハッチ校長が中心となって、サプライズ・パーティを開いてくれたのだ。
たくさんの友達がピザ屋さんに集まってくれた。
それはクラスメイトだったり、チームメイトだったり、先生だったり、コーチだったり、普通の友達だったり、研究者だったり、とにかく我が家みんなの友達が集まってくれたのだ。

It was impressive party. We talked a lot each other for long time over pizza. There is no party better than this party.
最高のパーティだった。
ピザを食べながらたくさんたくさん話した。
これ以上のパーティは絶対ないね。

Mrs. Moore called to Kirby for Hibiki and Hibiki could talk to Kirby. As Kirby is the hero for Hibiki, Hibiki was so glad.
遠くボイジーステーツにいる昨年の高校アメフトのスター、カービーにも電話をつないでくれて、ビッキーは直接話すことができた。ビッキーにとってカービーは偉大なヒーローであり、プロッサーの象徴とも言える。そんなカービーと話す機会をちゃんと作ってくれるなんて、もう最高のプレゼント。

I can not put all photos of our friends here. Many friends came to say hi and to give us big hugs. How happy we were!
Hibiki cried a lot the end of the party. His best friend, Jake, cried a lot too. The young best friends were crying side by side. We adults did not have any words to say them. I almost cried to see them.
とても全員の写真を載っけることはできないのが残念だが、入れ替わり立ち替わりたくさんの人がいっしょに別れを惜しみ、そして抱きしめるためにパーティにやって来てくれた。
なんて俺たちは幸せなんだろう。
パーティの途中から涙で目を赤くしていたビッキーだが、パーティの最後、ビッキーの頬はこらえきれない涙であふれた。
そして、そのすぐ隣で、親友ジェイクも同じように泣いている。
お互い顔を合わすこともできずに、隣り合うイスに座ったまま二人でしゃくり上げて泣いている。
そんな二人を前に、俺たち大人がかけてやる言葉なんて何もなかった。
もらい泣きの涙をこらえるのが精一杯だった。
We were so happy to meet you.
We enjoyed Prosser very much.
We miss you very much.
We love you very much.
We thank you all very much.
Someday, we can see you again.
Thanks again!!
みんなに会えて、本当に幸せだった。
プロッサーを力一杯楽しむことができた。
本当に寂しくなるよ。
みんな大好きだから。
本当にありがとう。
いつか、きっとまた会えるよね。

実は昨日、すごく嬉しいことがあった。
たくさんの友達が会いに来てくれたのだ。

でも、近いうちにきっとプロッサーでの最後の日について書く。

ジェイク
[ Jake ]
仲良くならんで本を読んだり、メジャーリーグを見たり楽しそう。
日曜日はいっしょにバルーンラリー（過去記事）を見に行って、公園に遊びに行って、買い物にいっしょに行って、ずーっといっしょに過ごした。
ほんとにいい友達ができたな。
こんな風にいっしょに過ごせる友達ができるなんて、アメリカに来たときは考えもしなかったもんね。
こんどはジェイクが日本に来てくれるとすっごい楽しいんだけどなあ。
Hibiki stayed over night at Jake's house and then Jake(past article) stayed over night in my home.
My apartment is almost empty because I have already shipped all my stuff. Hibiki and Jake enjoyed this unusual condition. They read some magazines and major league game side by side.
We went to see the Baloon Rally, played in the city park, and went shopping with him. Hibiki was with him all day. They are so nice friends. Jake is absolutely the best friend of Hibiki. I did not imagine that Hibiki has such a good friend when I came here last year.
I hope he will come to Japan and enjoy Japanese culture someday.

土曜日の夕方はビッキーがジェイクのうちに遊びに行き、夜はジェイク(過去記事) が我が家に泊まりに来ることになった。

収穫祭＆ストリート・ペインティング！
[ Prosser Harvest Festival & Street Painting]
IXY DIGITAL 55
バルーンラリーに合わせて行われるのが、ハーベストフェスティバル（収穫祭）だ。
このフェスティバルでは、ストリート・ペインティング・フェスティバルも同時開催で、もちろん今年も参加した。
去年はビッキーも参加したけど(過去記事)、今年はしーしーだけ。
ビッキーは友達と遊ぶのに忙しい。
Prosser has the Harvest Festival on the same day of the Balloon Rally.
In this festival, we can enjoy the Street Painting.
Shizuku tried this Street Painting as she did last year.
Hibiki did not this year because he was busy to play with his friends.
The Harvest Festival was held in downtown. The street was closed for pedestrian precinct. Shizuku played in the jumping house with her friends.

食べ物屋は、フィリピン料理、メキシカン、アメリカン、かき氷などいろいろ。
ビッキーはフィリピン風シシカバブがお気に入り。
写真はファネル・ケーキ。
ドーナツみたいな感じ。
油で揚げるので、油っこそうだけど意外と大丈夫。
でも冷めたらちょっとつらいかもね。
There were a lot of foods, Philippines, Mexican and American foods. Hibiki's favorite was Philippines shish-kebab. In this picture, Chieko is eating a funnel cake. It is something like doughnuts. It looks oily, but it was lighter than I supposed. However you should eat it warm.
Shizuku bought a glass octopus after long thinking.
